Online Learning

Part of what makes the Saint Mary’s graduate experience distinct is the active learning community that exists as strongly online as in the classroom. If your program incorporates an online component (data science and nursing), you will gather in an interactive learning environment that encourages participation and discussion between you, your fellow students, and your instructors.

Why Saint Mary’s Online?

Because life is busy and unpredictable. Things come up; plans change. You shouldn’t have to put your future on hold while you manage everything.

In your online classes, you can learn from anywhere—and in some cases, at any time. While individual courses will vary, most consist of both live and self-moderated components. Other delivery options could include video conferencing, lecture captures, and streaming video.

Instructors may also hold online sessions where faculty and students can engage in active discussions, no matter where they are located. Some professors even record these meetings so you can watch them later at any time.

This all adds up to create degree programs that fit into your life and provide a quality educational experience. At Saint Mary’s, you should expect nothing less.
