Dr. Donald Malott is the Vice President of Health Care Analytics and Survey Methodology for Press Ganey; Adjunct Professor of Graduate Research at St. Mary’s University; and Adjunct Professor of Market Research the the University of Notre Dame. In his current role at Press Ganey he is responsible for maintaining and defending Press Ganey’s methodological rigor as well as Healthcare Metrics. Prior to joining Press Ganey Dr. Malott was a Consultant at International Survey Research where he worked with clients in many different industries on employee satisfaction; he was a strategy and change consultant for MSI, and a sales consultant for IBM. Dr. Malott has presented at multiple venues. Dr. Malott holds an MBA, a Ph.D. in Sociology, a Master’s Certificate in Survey Research, and is a Six Sigma certified Yellow Belt.
